Sadly we’ve had to suspend our group sessions during the Coronavirus crisis. But don’t be down-hearted! You can still join us if you’d like a bit of exercise, music and fun to lift your spirits during this difficult time.
For anyone who is or is not a Dancing for Well-Being member or volunteer we’re posting live 30-minute sessions on the Dancing for Well-Being Facebook page on Fridays at 2.00 p.m. Just click on – https://www.facebook.com/dancingforwellbeing/?modal=admin_todo_tour – to get onto our page. You don’t need a Facebook account to be able to access these sessions.
We do hope you’ll join us. If you can’t make it at 2.00 p.m. don’t worry, our sessions are being saved as videos so just click on these at a time to suit you.
